Applications open for Reception in Sep 2025
To prospective Reception parents September 2025: we advise submitting a request for contracts as soon possible via the Kids Club HQ booking system, since places are limited.
You can submit a request to us even if your child's place in the school has not yet been confirmed (the request can always be cancelled if necessary).
Availabilities
We currently have spaces on the following days for ad hoc bookings:
Breakfast Club - every day
After School Club - Fridays only
Breakfast club sessions are available to book as ad hocs on the KidsClub system.
Please speak to Marie or Gemma if you would like to book an afternoon slot.
Fee increase from Jan 2025
Due to ongoing increased operating costs it has been agreed by the management committee that the price for sessions will increase from 1 January 2025 to the following:
Breakfast Club - £4.75
After School Club - £9
Sibling and full-time discounts will continue to apply and those eligible can benefit from tax-efficient childcare by using tax-free childcare or their employer's childcare voucher scheme.
Pick up
If your child will not be attending the club after school because you or someone else will be collecting them, please ensure that you email or text the club to let staff know.
If this message is not communicated, children will go to the club as normal and need to be collected from there. This is for safeguarding reasons.
Committee
Come and join the friendly Badger Club committee! We meet once each term, and are made up of current and past Badger Club parents.
We would especially love to hear from anyone with experience in GDPR, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting.
